Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Job Details Contract 5 hours ago Qualifications OSHA 10 Performing background checks Loader operation Skid steer loader Full Job Description Red Letter General Contractor, LLC is looking for energetic, athletic, positive, and hardworking individuals to join our team! This is a contract position (paid as a 1099 contractor) offering hands-on experience with projects ranging from installation of large block retaining walls to repairs and installation of precast concrete fences. If you're ready to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with opportunities for growth, we want to hear from you!
What We're Looking For:
A strong positive work ethic and willingness to learn —experience in the field is helpful but not required! Reliable transportation to job sites (DFW metroplex and occasional out-of-town/state projects. There will be times where we start on one project and end on another in one day). Athletic with ability to lift 50+ lbs. and handle physical labor. Ability to pass a background check & drug screening. Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
Utilize power tools for various construction tasks, ensuring adherence to safety standards to install and/or repair precast concrete fencing and walls. Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, maintaining a safe work environment. Follow OSHA regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance and safety. Collaborate with and oversee team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Heavy equipment operating•(Skid steer, Excavator, and Roller) Helpful Experience (but not required!): Experience with general construction tools (tape measure, power tools, quickie saw, etc.). Basic construction site safety knowledge (OSHA 10+ preferred).
