For over 50 years, The FRICKS Company has specialized in the design, construction and finishing of the most durable concrete floor surfaces in the world - extending the floor surface by up to 10 times that of conventional concrete. Nationwide distribution and food processing facilities are discovering the productivity and profitability benefits of a FRICKS industrial concrete floor. This position supports all project managers, coordinates, and leads all administrative and clerical functions to execute contract. The Project Coordinator is responsible for any project team handouts, travel arrangements, calendar updates, communication with clients, project schedules and tracking progress. Ensure that company vision, core values, goals, purpose, safety, and culture are being driven, exemplified, shared and taught with consistency. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Manage and update project status Conduct and administer Weekly PM Meetings Serve as coordinator for all project managers Track and log the progress of any changes to projects Maintain all Project Docs in job folders and Draboard Prepare submittals to vendors for all projects Create drawings from blueprints using SmartDraw and update as needed Reviews, compares and provides feedback after analysis of daily/weekly job cost reports Create and track purchase order for concrete and rebar for all projects Create Sub-Contracts for Fricks' sub-contractors as needed Manges Fricks gear inventory Coordinates travel arrangements for Superintendents and Lead Men Contract review and negotiate changes along with PM's. Initiate monthly billing amounts for each project Compose, log and track cost for Change Order Requests Concrete Logs + C.O.R tracking when applicable Support the field staff with labor allocation questions/budget. Monthly laser screed charge outs and equipment charge outs when we mobilize Daily job cost report updates i.e. quantities Adding/combining codes Inform the safety director on upcoming project safety requirements. Close out jobs (Warranty & O&M) Update AboutTime Daily quantities and adjust hours and coding as needed. Notarize company related documents as needed (Textura) Order company P.P.E. vests, glasses, hard hats & Fricks gear. A/P coding for projects Create job files for PM room as needed Maintain Warranty Log Create upcoming jobs scores cards Forward job information for upcoming jobs for the bonus potential Collect and file concrete tickets for all jobs Prepare Pre-Pour Meeting Agendas per the contract scope of work, bid proposal and budget. Other duties as assigned Assist with front phones, ordering supplies when needed and training as needed. Assist with payroll, per diem, packages and lotto as needed.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma Experience in the construction industry a plus Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting
