The right person for this position has specific experience in concrete placement related services and Construction sales. This individual is personable and socially aware, the kind of person who never meets a stranger. They have a professional yet friendly disposition and can equally communicate with all ranks in a company with the same confidence and enthusiasm. The responsibilities of this position include recommending ways to improve outreach planning, attending meetings with clients and advisors, and notifying partners of key business developments. The right person should also be able to create opportunities by analyzing current market data. To be successful in this role, the right person should be persuasive and have strong business acumen. Ultimately, an exceptional Account Executive should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This person should also be local to the DFW market. Role and Responsibilities The Account Executive is responsible for: Building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams. Developing in-depth knowledge of company services to identify profitable business opportunities. Developing strategies to expand market reach and success rates. Researching emerging trends and recommending new company strategies to increase close rates. Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business. Developing Cost and Labor estimates for potential opportunities. Qualification requirements Proven sales and/or marketing experience. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen. Detail-oriented and persuasive. Preferred Skills Related experience in the commercial concrete repair & maintenance space. Proven history of handling multiple strategic accounts successfully.
