This role is physically demanding and outdoors—but offers great pay, a strong team environment, and opportunities for advancement for those who show initiative and reliability. What you'll do: Support the gunite crew in setup, mixing, and cleanup Assist nozzleman with spraying and shaping gunite Use hand tools to shape and smooth concrete Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow instructions from foreman and adhere to safety protocols What we are looking for: 2 years of prior construction or concrete experience preferred Physically strong and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Team player who can take direction and hustle Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in dusty environments Reliable transportation to and from office in HoustonBenefits
