In this vital role, you will operate commercial vehicles, including concrete mixers and dump trucks, to deliver ready mix concrete efficiently and safely to various construction sites. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation and construction site experience will ensure timely deliveries and smooth project progress. This position offers an energetic environment where your mechanical knowledge and driving skills directly contribute to building strong foundations for our projects. Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles such as concrete mixers, dump trucks, and other heavy equipment to transport ready mix concrete to designated construction sites Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of concrete materials in accordance with safety protocols Maintain accurate delivery logs, inspection reports, and vehicle maintenance records Assist with on-site tasks including concrete pumping, paving support, rebar installation, and concrete finishing as needed Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before each shift Collaborate with construction crews to coordinate delivery schedules and site requirements Operate additional machinery such as loaders or excavators when necessary for site preparation or material handling Qualifications Valid CDL B license with a clean driving record and appropriate endorsements for commercial vehicle operation Proven experience operating heavy equipment including concrete mixers, loaders, excavators, and rebar installation tools Strong knowledge of construction site safety procedures and regulations Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks Familiarity with concrete pumping, finishing techniques, and paving processes is a plus Prior experience in construction or concrete-related roles is highly desirable Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials safely Join our team to play a crucial role in delivering high-quality concrete solutions!
