Laredo, TX Job Details Full-time $100,000 - $150,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Bilingual Spanish Management Construction schedule coordination English High school diploma or GED Schedule management Driver's License Managing multi-phase construction projects Commercial construction experience Concrete Construction experience Microsoft Project ProCore Warehouse building construction Full Job Description Must be bilingual and highly experienced in large scale concrete tilt wall and metal warehouse construction and effectively supervise and manage all construction phases and strict quality control from start to finish, 7 to 10 years experience. Able to work under the strict guidelines set by our company and local City Building Codes and able to work diligently with our clientele such as professional equities companies and their field representatives and others. Able to work with computer software, construction management and scheduling programs such as MS Project and Procore for daily updates and follow strict construction schedules and guidelines. A valid driver license and work documentation or work permits if from another country are required. A professional resume is required with verifiable letters of recommendation or contact information of previous employers.
