as a Local Concrete Pump Operator•CDL Class B Driver in McKinney, TX! Be part of a dynamic team where your skills will ensure the successful operation concrete pumping equipment, contributing to exciting construction projects in the area.
Responsibilities:
Operate concrete boom pumps safely and efficiently on construction sites. This is not an OTR job freight and delivery job. Construction experience is a plus, as part of the job entails working outside the truck, in the hot sun. Transport boom concrete pump equipment to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment. Coordinate with site foremen and other team members for effective concrete placement. Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork for each job. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and vehicle. Assist in troubleshooting and minor repairs of pumping equipment. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Valid CDL Class B driver's license with a clean driving record. Minimum of 2 years of experience operating concrete boom pumps or similar heavy equipment. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary. Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
