contractor is seeking an experiencedPROJECT MANAGER
preferably with 5+yrs experience. Their overall specialties focus on Commercial Concrete - Structural Concrete, Cast-In-Place, Flatwork, Slab on Deck/ Grade, Elevated Slabs, Tilt-Wall, Footings, Foundations & much more.Key Candidate Qualifications:
Project Management experience must include Commercial Structural Concrete Experience 5+ years working for a Commercial Concrete specialty sub-contractor or self-performing General Contractor Projects include Schools & Educational Buildings, Offices, Multifamily, Churches, Warehouses, Medical, Retail and other Civil projects as well including Site Development and Flatwork. Practical leadership abilities, like motivation, goal setting, and conflict management Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking. Creative and results-oriented, with a keen sense of urgency and self-motivation.
