The ideal candidate will operate and maintain concrete pumping equipment on a variety of commercial and residential job sites while providing excellent customer service and ensuring safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities Operate concrete pump trucks safely and efficiently on job sites Set up, inspect, and clean pumping equipment before and after pours Coordinate with contractors, dispatch, and job site personnel Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations Complete required paperwork, inspections, and job documentation Maintain a professional attitude with customers and coworkers Qualifications Experience operating concrete pump equipment preferred Valid CDL license with clean driving record preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, overnight and weekends as needed Strong understanding of construction site safety practices Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills are a plus Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Benefits Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Health benefits (if applicable) Paid training and advancement opportunities Steady work with a growing company
