$25.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:

The Concrete Finisher performs concrete placing and finishing duties under the direction of the Project Superintendent or Foreman. This role is responsible for assisting with concrete placement, finishing, curing, cutting, and jointing, using proper tools, materials, and finishing techniques to produce high-quality finished concrete surfaces in accordance with project specifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Concrete Finisher must perform job duties in a safe, high-quality, and productive manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Participate in concrete placement, finishing, curing, and cutting operations Assist in determining proper tools and equipment needed to achieve required finishes Remain knowledgeable of concrete mixes, hardeners, and surface treatments Assist with reviewing pump locations and concrete pour layouts Help establish grades, elevations, and finishing sequences Work on large concrete pours in coordination with crew members Assist with tracking quantities, materials, and mix designs related to place and finish work Support scheduling and coordination of place and finish crews as directed Maintain a safe work environment at all times Participate in required training and certifications Work flexible hours as needed, including early starts or late finishes during concrete pours This list reflects the general responsibilities of the position and is not intended to be all-inclusive.

Work performed on active construction sites Exposure to outdoor weather conditions Exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, wet concrete, and loud noises Physically demanding work including standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting May involve extended hours during concrete pours

Job Requirements:
