Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete General Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of creating durable, high-quality concrete structures and supporting various phases of construction projects. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure the successful completion of projects on time and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple construction disciplines while contributing to impactful building initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to achieve smooth, level surfaces. Support rebar installation, ensuring reinforcement is properly placed according to schematics and safety standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to prepare sites and execute tasks efficiently. Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and accurately follow construction plans. Assist with formwork, framing, and masonry tasks including metal stud framing and stucco application. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for site preparation, restoration, or renovation projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Prior construction site experience or related fieldwork is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous. Experience with concrete finishing, form setting, rebar installation, or masonry is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and heavy equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings is a plus. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions. Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities; safety awareness is essential. Join us in building strong foundations for communities!
