Chaparral Concrete Pumping is looking for a reliable Concrete Pump Truck Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for safely driving, setting up, operating, cleaning, and maintaining concrete pump trucks on commercial and residential job sites. We are looking for someone dependable, safety-minded, and able to communicate well with dispatch, contractors, and job-site crews. Responsibilities Drive pump truck to and from assigned job sites Set up pump equipment safely and according to job-site conditions Operate concrete pump during pours Communicate with dispatch, contractors, and crew members Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Clean pump, hoses, and equipment after each job Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately Keep truck and equipment organized and job-ready Follow all company safety procedures and DOT requirements Requirements Valid CDL required: Class A or Class B preferred Valid DOT medical card Clean driving record preferred Concrete pump experience preferred Must be dependable and punctual Must be able to work early mornings, long days, and some weekends as needed Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, connect, and clean hoses and job-site equipment Strong attention to safety and equipment care Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Preferred Experience Concrete pump operation Boom pump or line pump experience Commercial concrete work Construction equipment operation ACPA certification is a plus, but not required Schedule Monday to Friday Some weekends as needed Start times vary depending on job schedule Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Steady work Opportunity to grow with the company Supportive team environment How to Apply Please apply with your resume or work history.
