Job Description

Concrete Foreman Location:
Troup, TX Job Summary Supervise and lead concrete crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily concrete operations and crew members. Read and interpret structural and civil drawings. Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and project schedules. Ensure proper elevations, layout, and ADA compliance. Operate construction equipment as needed. Maintain quality workmanship and OSHA safety standards. Monitor project progress and communicate with management. Train and mentor crew members. Qualifications 5+ years of concrete construction experience. Previous foreman or crew leadership experience. Field experience with concrete layout, elevations, and construction practices. Ability to read structural and civil drawings. Knowledge of ADA compliance requirements. Equipment operating experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license. Having an established concrete crew is a bonus.
