Job Description
Associated Brigham Contractors Inc. Now Hiring - Industrial Concrete Superintendent MUST be willing to TRAVEL and have 3-5 years' on-site experience managing and directing industrial concrete projects in accordance with design, budget and schedules. R esponsibilities include but are not limited to : Lead and manage on-site construction team Will oversee all work on site - Monitor and manage all aspects to keep job on schedule, in budget and accurate . Set up jobsite office to include but not limited to: Provide on-site administrative and technical direction Safety implementation and compliance Legal posts/signage placement and maintenance Hire personnel Enforce company and project policies Manage equipment. Order job site needs to include but not limited to; rebar, embeds, anchor bolts, concrete. Manage subcontractors and Interface with clients Collect and compile data to report to Project Manager.
