We are looking for an experienced Foreman to lead a concrete coatings crew. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused. You will be responsible for running projects in the field, managing crew productivity, and delivering high-quality installations on schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows coatings, takes pride in their work, and can lead a team with confidence.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a crew on concrete coatings projects Coordinate daily jobsite activities and keep projects on schedule Read plans and understand project scope Ensure quality control and proper installation methods Communicate with project managers and GCs Maintain jobsite safety and organization Train and develop crew members

Requirements:

Proven experience in concrete coatings (epoxy, urethane cement, polished concrete, sealers) Foreman or crew lead experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to travel for projects when needed Reliable and accountable

Preferred Experience:

Epoxy flooring systems (primer, base, topcoat) Concrete polishing (Class A Level 3 or similar) Joint fill and surface prep (grinding, shot blasting) Use of professional equipment (grinders, vacuums, etc.)

Pay:

$25.83 - $31.11 per hour
