A&I Floorcovering is a commercial flooring contractor specializing in large-scale retail projects across multiple states. We are hiring crew members for our traveling teams, moving from project to project and working night shifts to complete large-scale retail remodels. This is hands-on, physically demanding work that requires stamina, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. If you're comfortable being on your feet, lifting equipment, and learning to operate industrial machinery, this could be a great fit. No prior concrete polishing experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training in a skilled trade. Employees are paid weekly, with per diem provided for qualifying travel. What You'll Do Unload the work trailer Prep the work site area Remove existing flooring Grind concrete with special machinery Pour and finish self-leveling concrete Polish concrete with industrial buffers Occasionally install rubber flooring Compensation & Perks Weekly pay $100 sign-on bonus for local hires (within 60 miles of the job site), paid after one week of perfect attendance $125 per diem per day when working more than 60 miles from the job site What We're Looking For Excellent attendance and reliability Strong work ethic Ability to work night shift and overtime Willingness to travel full-time Ability to reliably report to designated job sites as scheduled High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety and job-related purposes Team-oriented mindset Ability to learn and follow safety procedures Schedule & Travel Full-time Night shift Overtime is common Occasional holiday work depending on project deadlines 100% travel position Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid on-the-job training Important Information Background checks are required and may impact employment eligibility A&I Floorcovering is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
