We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of various concrete structures, contributing to the smooth execution of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for foundations, slabs, sidewalks, and other structures. Perform tasks such as spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete using a variety of hand and power tools. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Mix, pour, and spread concrete, ensuring that forms are properly set and aligned. Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surface of concrete, and monitor the setting process. Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Assist with the setup and dismantling of formwork and temporary structures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Concrete Laborer or in a similar construction role is preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. Basic understanding of and ability to read construction plans and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Reliable with excellent time-management skills.
