Position Overview The Concrete Foreman will oversee daily field operations for concrete foundation and finishing projects while leading crews safely and efficiently on the jobsite. This position requires a strong understanding of concrete construction processes and the ability to work alongside the crew when needed to help support production goals and maintain project schedules. This foreman will report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in maintaining quality, safety, productivity, and communication on active jobsites. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate concrete crews on active construction projects Oversee concrete foundation, flatwork, and finishing operations Work hands-on alongside crews when necessary to support project needs Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and daily jobsite activities Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Maintain quality control and ensure workmanship meets company standards Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members Enforce OSHA and company safety standards Help train and mentor crew members Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction Strong experience with: Concrete foundations Concrete finishing Flatwork and site concrete Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Ability to lead crews while remaining hands-on in the field Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement / 401(k) options Stable, long-term employment Career growth opportunities Supportive leadership team Family-oriented company culture Why Employees Stay Here Our company culture is built on respect, hard work, and taking care of our people.
