Concrete Project Manager -
Self PerformLocation:
Norfolk, VASalary:
$100K-$150K (salary depends on experience)Are you a concrete professional who has built from the ground up and has the scars to prove it? We are looking for a driven Concrete Project Manager who knows self-performed work inside and out and is ready to take ownership of large-scale, complex projects from dirt to closeout.

What You Will DoLead self-performed concrete scopes on ground-up commercial and industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field crews across all concrete operations.

Oversee complex concrete systems, including cast-in-place, tilt-up, and tilt-wall panels, flatwork, mass concrete pours, site concrete, and structural concrete.

Drive quality control, including mix design review, pre-pour checklists, testing, and curing compliance.

Coordinate with owners, design teams, and general contractors to keep projects moving and problems solved.

Mentor superintendents and field teams, building a culture of accountability, safety, and craftsmanship.

What You Bring3+ or more years managing self-performed concrete on ground-up construction projects.

Hands-on experience with cast-in-place, tilt-up, tilt-wall, flatwork, mass concrete, site concrete, and structural concrete.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, cost reports, and change orders.

The ability to read and work from structural drawings, specifications, and pour plans.

A track record of leading field crews and delivering projects on time and on budget.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.
