Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher / Form Setter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with all aspects of concrete work, including setting forms, pouring, finishing, and ensuring high-quality results. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

Set, align, and secure concrete forms for sidewalks, driveways, slabs, and foundations Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and grade stakes Prepare and level subgrades and ensure proper form placement Pour, spread, and finish concrete to specifications Use hand and power tools to screed, float, and trowel surfaces Apply finishes such as broom, smooth, or decorative textures Monitor curing process and ensure quality standards are met Strip forms and clean job sites after completion Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
