Job Opening:
Concrete Pump Operator Trainee Riverway Concrete Pumping Inc. is looking for a motivated, dependable individual who wants to build a long-term career in the concrete industry. No CDL? No problem. We are willing to invest in the right candidate by paying to obtain your Commercial Driver's License (CDL). What We Offer
  • Company-paid CDL license after attending CDL school for qualified candidate.
  • $20.00 per hour/ salary while attending CDL school.
  • Upon successful completion of your CDL and transition into the Concrete Pump Operator position, pay increases to $27.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional wage increases based on performance, experience, and commitment. Job Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain concrete pump trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
  • Work closely with contractors and job site personnel.
  • Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations.
  • Represent the company professionally on every job. Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to perform physical work in outdoor conditions.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Drug-Free Workplace Riverway Concrete Pumping Inc. is committed to maintaining a safe, drug-free workplace. Employees are subject to random drug testing (UA) throughout their employment. Training Agreement Because the company is making a significant investment in your future by paying for CDL school selected candidates will be required to sign a training reimbursement agreement. This agreement requires the employee to remain employed with Riverway Concrete Pumping Inc. for four (4) years after obtaining their CDL. Additional terms and conditions will be provided before employment begins.
