Concrete Finisher/Form Setter

We are currently looking for Concrete Finishers to join our great team. Sidewalks Driveways Floors Curb and Gutter All phases of concrete construction

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

Ability to Form, Reinforce, Pour, Finish, Strip flatwork and curbs Extensive knowledge of power tools including Skilsaw and Rotohammer Extensive knowledge of concrete including slump, air content, set times Ability to measure with Tenths Ability to read and interpret plans, and ROW specifications Ability to tie rebar and familiarity with rebar codes Ability to operate a laser level Familiarity with ADA requirements

Preferred Skills:

Ability to operate a power trowel Ability to operate a Soff Cut Saw Ability to calculate square footage and calculate yardage

STRUCTURAL AND DECORATIVE EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY VALUED

General Requirements:

PPE Personal Tools; including hand float, steel trowels, hand edger, setup tools, lineman pliers Reliable transportation Ability to work Monday through Friday Ability to work overtime, extended work days, and weekends as necessary

Qualifications:

Minimum one year verifiable experience Ability to pass drug screening Ability to tolerate work outdoors in adverse weather conditions Ability to lift, carry 50 lbs. Ability to work in a variety of physical positions including, but not limited to, sitting, standing, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, walking. Ability to climb ladders or stairs. Ability to walk over rough, uneven or slippery surfaces.
