Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Concrete Pump Operator to join our tight knit team. In this vital role, you will operate and maintain concrete pumping equipment to ensure the efficient delivery of concrete on various construction projects, including civil infrastructure, paving, and commercial developments. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth workflows, uphold safety standards, and contribute to the successful completion of large-scale projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy machinery, support infrastructure growth, and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Operate concrete pumping equipment safely and efficiently to deliver concrete accurately on construction sites. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of concrete pumps, mixers, and related machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other crew members to schedule concrete pours and adapt to project timelines. Follow all safety regulations, including DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and site-specific safety protocols, to prevent accidents and injuries. Maintain detailed logs of equipment operation, maintenance activities, and safety checks for accountability and compliance purposes. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience operating heavy equipment including concrete pumps and maneuvering a truck and trailer setup in dense or restricted urban developments. Familiarity with construction site experience in civil infrastructure projects or similar environments. Understanding of safety regulations governing heavy equipment operation and construction sites. Valid commercial truck driving license with experience in commercial vehicle operation preferred. Join us in building strong foundations for communities! Pay:
$22.00 - $32.00 per hour
