Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Worker to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to concrete installation, finishing, and related construction activities. Your expertise will help bring construction projects to life, ensuring durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to renovation sites, utilizing your technical skills and hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Duties Prepare concrete forms and set up rebar reinforcement to ensure structural integrity according to blueprints and schematics Operate concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces with precision using hand tools and finishing techniques Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution Install various concrete elements such as sidewalks, driveways, foundations, and hardscape features like patios or retaining walls Perform masonry work including stucco, plastering, caulking, tile laying, flooring installation, and metal stud framing as needed Assist with renovation projects by restoring existing structures through concrete repair and restoration techniques Collaborate with carpenters, masons, welders, roofers, and other trades to ensure seamless project progress Conduct heavy lifting safely while managing materials like rebar, formwork panels, or large concrete components Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris in compliance with safety standards Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on concrete installation and finishing techniques Strong knowledge of mechanical systems related to concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for precise project execution Hands-on experience with rebar installation, form building, masonry work (including stucco), and flooring or tile installation Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus for understanding project scope and material needs Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex tasks Prior experience in renovation or restoration projects involving concrete repair or structural upgrades Join our team if you're eager to build lasting structures with energy and precision!
