Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Concrete Pump Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete pumping and heavy equipment operation, with a strong understanding of construction site protocols. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe placement of concrete to various construction projects, including residential, agriculture and commercial builds. Responsibilities Operate concrete pumps on construction sites to facilitate the placing of concrete. Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure timely and accurate placement of concrete. Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety. Assist in the setup and breakdown of pumping equipment as needed. Coordinate with concrete mixers for effective material handling. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices while on-site. Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment, including cleaning and lubricating parts. Qualifications Proven experience in concrete pumping or related heavy equipment operation is preferred. Familiarity with construction site operations. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is mandatory. Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety practices. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork on-site.
