Potrykus Construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Superintendent to join our growing team! As a leading provider of high quality commercial and municipal concrete construction services, we are known for our commitment to excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:

The Concrete Construction Superintendent will plan, coordinate, and supervise field operations for foundations, flatwork, sidewalk/curb and gutter projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Reads and interprets construction drawings, specs, and site plans Develops and manages project schedules Ensures all materials, labor, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule Reviews construction documents for completeness and ensures adherence Proactively communicates with internal and external project partners on project plans and specifications, resolving discrepancies Conducts effective on-site project orientations, pre-construction planning sessions, and site meetings Utilizes software including Procore, Bluebeam, iPads, Microsoft office, etc.

Qualifications:

3+ years of proven leadership experience in concrete construction Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and industry standards Excellent management and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work Experience using construction software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Understanding of safety regulations and standards Ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license
