• Full-time Are you an experienced hydrovac or vacuum excavation operator looking for steady work with a company that values safety and treats its crew right?

We're hiring a lead operator to run a Vermeer pull-behind vac trailer in the Green Bay-Appleton area. You'll lead a two-person crew, working on utility locate, potholing, daylighting, and excavation projects for commercial and municipal clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in running equipment safely and efficiently

• no micromanagement, just good work with a solid partner. What You'll Do Operate a Vermeer pull-behind vac trailer for hydro excavation, potholing, and daylighting projects Lead a two-person crew
• coordinate daily tasks with your laborer/helper for maximum efficiency Perform safe, non-destructive digging around underground utilities (gas, electric, water, fiber) Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; handle routine equipment maintenance and cleaning Manage water supply, vacuum systems, and proper spoils disposal at each job site Maintain daily job logs, safety documentation, and communicate with project supervisors Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols•safety is never optional here What We're Looking For Valid CDL (Class A or B)•required, non-negotiable Hands-on experience operating hydrovac, vac trailer, or vacuum excavation equipment Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen Mechanical aptitude•you can troubleshoot basic equipment issues in the field Strong safety mindset•you watch out for yourself, your crew, and the public Reliability•you show up on time, every time, ready to work Nice to Have (Not Required) Tanker endorsement on

CDL OSHA

10 or OSHA 30 certification Experience with utility locating or underground construction Familiarity with Vermeer vac equipment specifically What We Offer $28
