We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concrete Finisher Foreman to lead and oversee concrete finishing operations on construction sites. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate teams, ensure quality standards, and maintain safety protocols to deliver exceptional concrete finishes efficiently. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and project scheduling will drive successful project completion while fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead dynamic teams and contribute to high-profile construction projects with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete finishing crews, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards Coordinate daily work schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or ProCore Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide finishing operations accurately Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations including OSHA standards; conduct safety briefings and enforce safety protocols on site Oversee quality control processes, inspecting finished concrete surfaces for smoothness, alignment, and durability Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary; manage contracts and budgets related to finishing activities Requirements Proven experience in construction site supervision with a focus on concrete finishing or related trades Strong knowledge of construction management software including Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera for scheduling and estimating Demonstrated supervising experience with excellent management skills; ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments Familiarity with construction estimating, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control procedures Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety Technical proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters; understanding of pipeline construction is a plus Construction site experience with a focus on concrete finishing projects; ability to read technical drawings accurately Join our team to lead innovative projects that shape skylines!
