Position Overview:

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Concrete Flatwork/Decorative Team Member to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in concrete flatwork and decorative finishes who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working on unique, high-quality projects.

What You'll Do:

Perform concrete flatwork, including forming, pouring, and finishing for residential and commercial projects. Execute decorative concrete techniques such as stamping, staining, and polishing. Operate equipment and tools required for concrete work, ensuring safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to Strongwood's high standards. Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve challenges during the pouring and finishing process.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

1+ years in concrete flatwork and/or decorative concrete is preferred.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with concrete materials, curing processes, and safety standards.

Physical Ability:

Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in varying weather conditions.

Team Player:

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation to job sites.
