Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for transforming freshly poured concrete into smooth, durable surfaces that meet precise specifications. Your expertise will help bring construction projects to life, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to renovation sites, utilizing your skills in concrete finishing and related trades. Responsibilities Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping using hand tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers. Operate power tools including vibrating equipment to ensure proper placement and compaction of concrete. Install rebar and metal reinforcement bars according to schematics and blueprints to strengthen concrete structures. Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise finishing work. Prepare forms and molds for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and stability before pouring. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols on the construction site. Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on concrete finishing or related trades such as masonry or carpentry. Knowledge of rebar installation, form setting, and concrete pouring techniques. Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in concrete finishing and general construction work. Strong understanding of safety protocols in construction environments including heavy lifting and equipment operation. Pay:
