We're seeking a hands-on leader to oversee underground utility installation projects involving water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems on commercial, industrial, civil construction, and treatment plant projects. What You'll Do Lead and supervise crews of pipelayers, laborers, and equipment operators Coordinate daily work activities with Superintendents and Project Managers Read and interpret civil drawings, utility profiles, grades, and elevations Oversee excavation, trenching, pipe installation, bedding, backfilling, and testing Operate and assist with excavators, track hoes, loaders, and compactors as needed Ensure OSHA compliance, trench safety, and overall jobsite safety Track production goals, labor hours, equipment usage, and material quantities Maintain communication with inspectors, subcontractors, and other trades on site What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Pipe Foreman or Senior Pipelayer Strong background in underground utility construction Experience installing: Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) PVC Pipe HDPE Pipe Hydronic Piping Systems Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and specifications Experience setting grade and managing utility alignment Proven leadership and crew management skills Ability to safely operate heavy equipment Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity Why Join Us? ?
