Residential Construction Foreman

Job Description The Landscape Experts are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Foreman to lead and execute high-quality outdoor construction projects across Mobile County. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, efficiency, and job site management. We specialize in landscape construction, including fences, decks, retaining walls, drainage solutions, and outdoor living spaces. The ideal candidate has strong field experience and the ability to lead a crew while maintaining high standards and productivity. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew on residential construction and landscape projects Oversee installation of: Wood and privacy fences Decks and outdoor structures Retaining walls (block, timber, or stone) Drainage systems and grading work Read and execute plans, layouts, and project specifications Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards Train and mentor crew members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate with management and clients as needed Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience in landscape construction or residential construction preferred Proven experience in a foreman or crew leader role Strong knowledge of: Fence and deck construction Retaining wall systems Basic grading and drainage principles Ability to read plans and measure/layout projects accurately Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to operate construction equipment (skid steer, mini excavator preferred) Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with hardscape installation (pavers, patios), grading and drainage work Equipment operation experience a plus What We Offer Steady, year-round work Opportunity for growth within the company Team-oriented work environment Projects that showcase quality craftsmanship
