The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals. Responsibilities This role Requires both hands on electrical work and leadership responsibilities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with electrical codes and regulations. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation of electrical systems. Order materials, manage inventory, and ensure proper tools are available. Oversee project scheduling and ensure that timelines are met without compromising quality. Enforce job site safety procedures and ensure all team members follow company policies. Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical code, and regulations. Manage electrical work, ensuring that projects remain within financial constraints. Use tools for testing electrical systems and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Provide training and mentorship to apprentice electricians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Requirements Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Extensive experience in electrical construction, electrical installations and Troubleshooting. Proficiency with electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices. Knowledge of electrical codes (NEC and local regulations). Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
