$1,000.00 per week Construction Foreman Job Summary Integrity Seeding & Construction is an up-and-coming construction company that specializes in SWPPP , performing work as a subcontractor for nationally recognized prime contractors . We are growing rapidly and perform federal, state, and private work. We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead our field crews. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who balances high-quality production with a commitment to our culture, where every employee is valued for their hard work.

Construction Foreman Key Responsibilities Crew Leadership:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of general laborers and equipment operators on-site.

SWPPP Management:

Oversee the proper installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures (silt fences, wattles, etc.) to ensure compliance with project specs.

Project Coordination:

Liaise with prime contractor site supers to ensure schedules are met and work is performed to the highest standard.

Site Safety:

Enforce all site-specific safety protocols and federal site access guidelines to maintain a zero-incident environment.

Reporting:

Track daily production, labor hours, and material usage; report progress and any site issues to management.

Construction Foreman Requirements Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction leadership , specifically in SWPPP , earthwork, or environmental construction.

Federal Job Eligibility:

Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for access to specific federal project sites).

Skills:

Strong ability to read blueprints, understand site maps, and manage logistics for multiple sites.

Physical Ability:

Must be willing to work alongside the crew in various weather conditions and lift up to 75 lbs as needed.

Documentation:

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is mandatory. Construction Foreman Preferred Skills Experience working as a subcontractor for large, nationally recognized prime contractors. Deep knowledge of Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) best practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior team members. Experience with federal or state-funded project documentation.
