Position Summary Stith Electric LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and safety-focused Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on electrical experience, proven leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of project coordination, crew management, and electrical installations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining Stith Electric's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of Journeyman Electricians and Electrical Apprentices. Oversee commercial and industrial electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and project specifications. Supervise conduit installation and layout, including EMT, rigid, and PVC. Oversee electrical installations involving 120V-480V systems, including three-phase power, within applicable qualifications and authorizations. Plan daily work assignments, coordinate manpower, and manage materials and equipment. Monitor project schedules, productivity, and quality of workmanship. Ensure compliance with applicable NEC, OSHA, and local electrical safety requirements. Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, inspectors, and other trades. Identify and resolve jobsite challenges while maintaining project timelines. Mentor and develop electrical apprentices and less-experienced electricians. Maintain clear communication with leadership regarding project progress, safety, and resource needs. Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of hands-on electrical experience, preferably in commercial or industrial construction. Previous experience leading electrical crews or serving as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician. Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, including 277/480V and three-phase power. Advanced conduit bending, installation, and layout experience. Ability to read and interpret complex electrical blueprints and schematics. Experience coordinating labor, materials, and daily jobsite operations. Strong knowledge of NEC requirements and OSHA safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project schedules and quality standards. Ability to perform assigned duties in accordance with applicable licensing and supervision requirements. Preferred Qualifications Active Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification. 2+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician. Experience managing large-scale commercial electrical projects. OSHA 30 certification. Experience with electrical material takeoffs, project scheduling, and labor planning.
