DESCRIPTION
Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Foremen for our Telecommunication projects in our Chandler, AZ location. The purpose of a Foreman at Team Fishel is to manage the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment and be accountable for quality and productivity. Responsibilities Review plans and permits Manage the crew and establish daily/weekly goals Manage the equipment Communicate with customer Assign job duties Monitor progress Maintain a safe jobsite Evaluate Teammates’ performance and provide coaching Requirements & Qualifications Valid Driver's License / Class A Commercial License is a plus Competent Person Training in Trenching and Excavation Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired Basic Knowledge of Aerial Placement is desired High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience 2-4 years experience in underground construction Ability to communicate with Teammates and Customers Backhoe, Trencher Operator is desired Bilingual in Spanish and prior construction experience is a plus Pay- $28.00- $36.00 an hour
