Landscape Construction Foreman (3+ Years of Landscaping Construction Experience Required)

Flag Landscaping is looking to hire a year-round, hourly employee to work as a landscape construction foreman. Unlike many construction, painting, or landscaping companies we have been able to diversify our winter work with snow removal and holiday lighting to help keep employees steady during the slow months. We strive to create a work environment that stands out from the rest. We do company trips and regular social activities, community service, send employees to training outside of Flagstaff, and do a yearly Lake Powell trip. • Lead a crew of 2-3 members after receiving direction from our project manager to complete the daily job tasks
• Promote safety and quality on job sites
• Quality check job sites
• Communicate daily with project manager
• Fill out daily log sheets
• Able to handle lift operations (for Christmas lighting)
• Proficient in plow snow removal Qualifications and Skills
• Proficient in using concrete saws, excavators, compactors and other construction tools
• Experience driving trucks and trailers
• 3 years of landscape construction experience (patios, retaining walls, water features, etc.)
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Valid driver's license Benefits
