Blaze Fire Protection is a rapidly expanding family-owned fire protection company committed to providing top-quality fire sprinkler systems and services. We have a wide range of projects from commercial to single and multi-family.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team to help lead our fire sprinkler installation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of fire protection systems, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise installation crews in the safe and efficient installation of fire sprinkler systems according to project plans and specifications. Coordinate with the general contractors and other trades on-site. Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, time sheets, and material usage. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures, promoting a culture of safety among crew members.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. Extensive knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including installation techniques, materials, and components. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Valid driver's license and clean DMV record for last 7 years. CSA 2 Certification for On-Site Competent Person is a plus.
