(Construction Leadership•Ironwork/Millwright)
Pay:
$30.00•$40.00 per hour (based on experience) + $19.50/hour prevailing wage
Job Type:
Full-time Position Overview We are seeking motivated and experienced Foremen at multiple levels (Foreman I, II, and III) to support field operations. These roles are responsible for managing crews, driving schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring safe and efficient execution of work across construction projects. Foreman I•Resource & Schedule Driver (Entry-Level Leadership)
Responsibilities:
Manage crew resources (labor, tools, and equipment) daily Drive schedule adherence and report progress to leadership Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with site policies Provide basic training and guidance to crew members Submit daily manpower and progress reports
Scope of Leadership:
Oversees 1 crew (6-10 workers) Primarily internal coordination with limited client interaction
Qualifications:
1-3 years of construction or field leadership experience Basic understanding of construction drawings, safety, and scheduling Strong communication and organizational skills OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred) Foreman II•
Area & Scope ManagerResponsibilities:
Manage execution of work across assigned areas Supervise multiple crews and coordinate manpower Plan and forecast labor, materials, and equipment needs Conduct client walkdowns and address field-level questions Support scheduling and progress tracking Mentor Foreman I team members
Scope of Leadership:
Oversees 2-3 crews (12-25 workers) Moderate client interaction and participation in meetings
Qualifications:
3-5 years of field supervision experience (ironwork or millwright preferred) Strong knowledge of construction scope, scheduling, and safety Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities OSHA 30 required NCCER Foreman Certification preferred Foreman III•General Foreman (Senior Leadership)
Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple scopes and work areas across projects Lead and mentor Foreman I and II team members Manage manpower planning and resource allocation Interface with clients, project managers, and superintendents Track sitewide progress, manpower, and equipment utilization Support schedule recovery and cost control efforts
Scope of Leadership:
Directs 4-6 foremen across multiple scopes Oversees 50+ workers High-level client engagement and reporting responsibilities
Qualifications:
5+ years of supervisory experience in ironworking or millwright trades Proven leadership managing large teams and multiple scopes Strong understanding of drawings, quality standards, and project execution OSHA 30 required NCCER Foreman Certification required Why Join Us?
