Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman and Worker to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, manage a team of skilled workers as well as sub contractors, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will drive project success by fostering a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to residential custom homes, additions and ADU's, remodels and renovations, outdoor areas, as well as kitchen and bathroom updates, utilizing your expertise in construction management and team supervision. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members to meet project timelines and quality standards. Review construction drawings, technical documents, and blueprints to verify accuracy and facilitate proper execution of work. Monitor project schedules using construction management software; adjust plans as needed to stay on track. Conduct regular safety inspections in compliance with OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations; enforce safety protocols consistently. Oversee quality control processes, ensuring work meets all contractual requirements and industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, safety logs, change orders, and progress updates; communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience supervising construction sites within residential and light commercial projects. Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), blueprint reading, and technical drawing interpretation. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, coordinate construction schedules, and oversee multiple subcontractors simultaneously. Strong managerial communication skills for managing crews, resolving conflicts, and liaising with clients and project stakeholders. Familiarity with budgeting processes, contract administration (including contracts review), and quality assurance practices.
