Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews while remaining hands-on with electrical installations. This is a working leadership role where you'll help oversee daily operations, assign work, troubleshoot issues, and make sure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical construction background, experience leading crews, and the ability to read drawings and manage day-to-day field activities. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside electricians and apprentices on electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs Plan daily work and assign tasks to field crews Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings Ensure electrical work follows applicable codes, project specifications, and safety requirements Work closely with Project Managers and General Foremen to keep projects on schedule and within budget Monitor work progress and address field issues as they come up Troubleshoot electrical issues and help crews find practical solutions Train and mentor electricians and apprentices Manage tools, equipment, and materials needed for daily work Maintain daily reports, work logs, and other project documentation Communicate with other trades, contractors, and project stakeholders Qualifications High school diploma or GED Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification 5+ years of electrical construction experience Previous experience leading electrical crews Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, and safety requirements Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Industrial electrical construction Water and wastewater projects Hazardous environments Mid to large-scale construction projects Supervising and mentoring electricians and apprentices Company Description Top ENR Electrical contractor Company Description Top ENR Electrical contractor
