A Construction Foreman supervises work crews at construction sites. Hires and manages construction workers and directs work according to plans developed by a project manager and architects. May specialize in a particular type of building project such as residential or industrial construction, or a particular part or stage of the construction process.
Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation crews in the Tucson area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a safe and productive job site. Responsibilities Supervise and lead HVAC installation crews on residential and light commercial projects. Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Install, troubleshoot, and oversee HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. Train, mentor, and develop technicians and apprentices. Ensure all work meets local building codes and company quality standards. Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA safety practices. Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and subcontractors. Complete job documentation and maintain accurate project records. Manage tools, equipment, and job site materials. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience. Previous experience leading crews or serving as a foreman preferred. EPA Certification (Required). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting. Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor Arizona weather conditions.
