In this vital role, you will coordinate crews, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards while delivering stunning outdoor environments. Your leadership will drive project success, foster teamwork, and uphold the highest standards of landscaping excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape outdoor spaces and inspire your team to achieve their best. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscape construction activities, including grading, planting, paving, and installation of features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely Inspect work sites regularly to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols Manage project timelines, materials procurement, and equipment usage to maximize productivity Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to clarify project scope and address any issues promptly Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, pruning, irrigation system installation and repair, tree care, and gardening upkeep Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members Skills Proven experience in supervising landscape construction projects with a strong understanding of landscaping techniques and materials Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, horticulture, irrigation systems, and tree care Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor environments such as paving, fencing, planting, and hardscape installation Strong organizational skills for planning work schedules, managing resources, and maintaining detailed project documentation Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Ability to troubleshoot issues on-site quickly and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes that inspire!
