The ideal candidates will have experience in various roofing techniques and materials, demonstrating a strong understanding of construction practices. This role involves working on residential and commercial roofing projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials including concrete/clay tile, shingles, metal trim. Tear-off work as needed Conduct inspections to assess the condition of roofs and identify necessary repairs. Collaborate with team members to complete roofing projects efficiently and effectively. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely to perform roofing tasks. Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation and removal of roofing materials. Engage in remodeling tasks that may involve frame carpentry and metal stud framing. Provide input on construction estimating for project planning purposes. Maintain clean job sites during and after Proven experience in all aspects of roofing, emphasis on tile roofing tear-off and installations. Familiarity with hand tools and safety equipment used in roofing applications. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights safely. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Strict adherence to all safety rules, regulations and policies Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver's license Ability to pass E-Verify and work in the United States Effective written and verbal communication in English and Spanish is a plus and may earn a higher wage.
