Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate daily operations, manage crews, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, technical drawing interpretation, and team supervision will drive project success and client satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse high end residential construction projects, utilizing cutting-edge construction management software and industry best practices to achieve excellence at every phase. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide onsite activities Coordinate construction schedules Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship aligns with project specifications and standards Oversee site safety audits, hazard assessments, and incident reporting to maintain a secure work environment Supervise the review of technical drawings and blueprints to resolve design issues proactively Manage team communication effectively, providing clear instructions, feedback, and performance evaluations Experience Proven experience managing high end residential construction projects with a strong background in construction site supervision Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and quality assurance practices Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for accurate implementation Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards Strong managerial communication skills for effective coordination among teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders Familiarity with managing contracts, change orders, budgets, and procurement processes in a federal or commercial setting Join us as a Construction Foreman where your leadership will shape successful projects while fostering a safe, efficient work environment.
