This leadership role involves overseeing complex electrical projects within industrial settings, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, extensive technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional results on large-scale construction sites. Join our team to lead innovative projects, manage diverse teams, and uphold the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical installation teams on industrial construction sites, ensuring all work complies with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards. Coordinate construction schedules, manage daily operations, and oversee project timelines using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and ProCore. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide installation processes accurately. Manage procurement, contracts, and subcontractor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance (including OSHA and federal safety regulations), and progress tracking. Supervise crew management activities including training, performance evaluations, and enforcing construction safety management practices. Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed construction schedules, coordinate schedule adjustments, and resolve on-site issues efficiently. Skills Extensive experience with heavy industrial electrical systems, pipeline projects, and commercial construction environments. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera (Primavera P6), Prolog, HeavyBid, and construction scheduling tools. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, technical drawing review, and interpreting electrical schematics. Knowledge of OSHA standards, federal construction safety regulations, and construction safety management practices. Skilled in managing teams in a construction management role with excellent communication skills for managerial coordination. Ability to oversee budgeting processes while maintaining high standards of quality control and project scheduling accuracy. Hands-on experience with Ohmmeters for electrical testing; familiarity with managing construction site safety protocols related to electrical work. Demonstrated leadership in supervising crews on large-scale projects while ensuring compliance with all relevant construction regulations.
