$35.00-$50.00/hr (DOE)

Johnson Plumbing is hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Journeyman Plumber to install plumbing systems on commercial and industrial projects across Southern California. You'll work under a supervisor, take ownership of quality workmanship, and help guide apprentices while collaborating with other trades. What You'll Do (Commercial Construction) Install all phases of commercial plumbing systems: underground, top-out, and finish Read and interpret blueprints, plans, fixture submittals, and job drawings Install plumbing in compliance with applicable codes and industry regulations Coordinate professionally with field teams and other trades to keep production moving Provide daily guidance, training, and direction to apprentices (as assigned) Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and follow company safety procedures

Requirements:

Required Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience (construction-focused) Strong ability to read plans and execute scope accurately Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical skills Reliable attendance, professional communication, and teamwork mindset Ability to comply with all relevant industry regulations Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to push/pull/carry materials; maneuver heavier items with help/equipment Ability to carry ladders, work at heights, and work in crawl spaces Why Work With Wallace P.
