DOE Location:

Covina / Inland Empire & Greater Los Angeles Area We are seeking a seasoned framing professional who can independently manage residential and light commercial framing projects from layout through completion.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret construction plans and specifications Perform building layout, establish elevations, and accurately snap lines Set sill plates, wall layouts, and structural framing components Lay out and cut stairs, roof framing, and complex framing details Coordinate crew activities and maintain production schedules Ensure quality workmanship and jobsite safety standards Work independently with minimal supervision Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, and trade partners (Bilingual English/Spanish preferred)

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional framing experience Journeyman-level framing skills Proven experience leading framing crews Strong understanding of residential construction methods Ability to read blueprints and execute work without constant direction Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation Lead Framer experience strongly preferred Excellent Attendance Must have reliable transportation.
