Responsible for overseeing daily operations at a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates, schedules, and supervises a crew of electricians
- Ensures work complies with all electrical codes and standards.
- Inspects electricians' work and monitors team performance, reports all progress to Project Manager.
- Reads blueprints and handle customer relations, monitoring budgeting expenses for Workers, supplies or tools and reviewing laws and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Oversees and maintains inventory of parts/material/supplies required to provide services.
- Completes dailies, photos, material requisitions, tool requisitions on PROCORE.
- Review/oversee crews' timecards on Paycom.
Qualifications:
- CA certified journey-level card or certificate.
- Completion of an approved apprenticeship program AND two (2) years of lead electrician experience as a journey level Electrician.
- Possession of a valid State of California Driver License, and clean driving record.

Possess ability to:- Move between/within work areas, including but not limited to sitting, standing, and walking on various surfaces, turning, bending, grasping, and making repetitive hand movements
- Communicate in person and over the telephone
- Operate, inspect, and repair varied hand and power tools and construction equipment
- Be exposed to unpredictable working conditions including, but not limited to loud noise levels, cold and hot temperatures, inclement weather conditions, road hazards, vibration, confining workspace, chemicals, mechanical and/or electrical hazards, hazardous physical substances, fumes, dust, and air contaminants.
In Field:
- Maintain strength, stamina, and mobility to perform medium to heavy physical work
- Lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects averaging a weight of 50 pounds, or heavier weights, in all cases with the use of proper equipment
- Identify problems or hazards, work in confined spaces and around machines, and climb/descend ladders
Computer Skills:
- Experienced with common business computer applications including, but not limited to: Microsoft 365 applications, Paycom and Procore.
Salary and Benefits:
.Salary structure:
40-hours paid time off (PTO) per year, earned after the first year of employment with Imperial Electric. 80-hours PTO after 5 years. Paid holidays. A company cell phone will be provided for business use, based on skill level and running projects. A company tablet or laptop will be provided for your use, based on skill level and running projects. A company vehicle will be provided for your use, based on skill level and running projects. A company credit card will be provided for your use, based on skill level and running projects. 401K option with employee match.
