Electrical Foreman Location Healdsburg, CA Job Description We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical crews, coordinating job site activities, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and specifications. Compensation Pay Rate:
$60.00 - $70.00 per hourContract Position Duration:
12 Months What You'll Accomplish Lead day-to-day field electrical operations on active construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and project specifications. Supervise, mentor, and coordinate electricians and subcontractors on-site. Coordinate material orders and deliveries to support project schedules. Conduct job walks and inspections to monitor project progress and quality. Complete daily reports, safety reports, inspection documentation, and look-ahead schedules. Promote and enforce safe work practices and proper PPE usage. Support employee development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, clients, and field teams. Ensure all electrical installations meet applicable NEC requirements and California Title 24 standards. Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and material management activities. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office applications to support project documentation and communication. What We're Looking For We are looking for a strong field leader with extensive electrical construction experience, a commitment to safety, and the ability to manage crews while maintaining project quality and productivity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and can successfully balance technical and leadership responsibilities. Required Qualifications Valid California General Electrician License. Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use construction. 3-5 years of supervisory or foreman experience with an electrical contractor. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and project specifications. OSHA 30 Certification. Knowledge of NEC requirements and California Title 24 standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work in a physically demanding construction environment, including lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing ladders, and working at heights. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Procore or similar construction management software. Experience supporting budgeting, scheduling, and material management functions. Ability to conduct job walks, inspections, and quality control reviews. Experience completing construction documentation, safety reporting, and inspection records. Proven success mentoring and developing electricians and field personnel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Work Environment On-site construction environment. Work performed on active commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use job sites. Regular interaction with field crews, project management teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Frequent walking, climbing, lifting, and other physical construction activities. Strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Healdsburg, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
